Hillstreet Bistro restaurant has been established since 1987 well situated in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. Our restaurant has built up a reputation of quality fresh food at a reasonable price with customer service highly recommended.
In 2004 some of our customers suggested that we branch out and cater for offices. We quickly established a very good repertoire within the new town area and have since been catering for weddings, sports mans dinners, burns suppers, funerals, anniversaries, birthday parties, barbeques, school pack lunches and many more through word of mouth.
Due to our continued success we have had to set up our sister company Lamberton Catering Ltd. It operates from our restaurant the Hillstreet Bistro. We have gained an extensive knowledge and experience within the catering industry and are a family run business. We cover all areas of Scotland.
