Dear Lamberton Catering,

I am not the type of person that normally finds the time to send this type of email but I felt I just had to write and congratulate you on the quality of your service.  We were guests at a wedding on Saturday at Errol Park at which you were catering. We had a truly wonderful day at an amazing venue, the sun shone, the bride was radiant, the meal superb and there seemed to be no hitches.  However wonderful days don’t happen by accident…a lot of planning and professionalism is behind them! Your staff were fantastic, very friendly and obliging. The meal was on time, hot and extremely edible…….not something you can say about wedding food very often these days! So please let your staff know that all their efforts were worthwhile and appreciated.

We have two daughters who will no doubt sometime in the future give their dad a heart attack by announcing an engagement…so we may need your services in the future.

Dear Robert and staff at Lamberton Catering,

The service you provided for us on our wedding day was perfect, we felt it was personalised to our exact needs, you went to great efforts to include all our requests.  Any queries were dealt with immediately as you always replied promptly to our phone calls or emails.  All of the staff were extremely curteous and polite and the table service was impeccable many of our guests commented on this and also on the outstanding quality of food.  The master of ceremonies was excellent it most certainly made the whole reception run to time and very smoothly, it also removed this pressure from us knowing that our guests were being looked after.  We were very prod of the presentation of the venue and cannot thank you enough for taking the time to present it just as we had asked, and the fact that you were able to colour co-ordinate the chairs for us was an added bonus.  We and all of our guests had a thoroughly fantastic evening thanks to you and your staffs professional service.  We would not hesitate to recomment your company to all of our family and friends.  Once again you have to be congratulated on your excellent service thank you most sincerly.

It was nice to meet you at last. You will be relieved to know that this is the last email I will be sending to you!

I would like to express our thanks for the service you provided on Saturday and all your help over the past few months during the preparation for our Graduation Ball. The staff were all very friendly and the meal appeared to go very smoothly although I realise it may not have been the same in the kitchen. Everyone was very impressed with the food and it all
helped to make the night a resounding success.

I have passed your email address onto my future sister in law who has been looking for a caterer for the wedding next year – she was very impressed and I suspect she will be getting in touch with you and I will be sure to recommend you to people in the future.
